I have encountered obstacle after obstacle for what seems like my whole life! Each obstacles separated me further and further from mySelf - TRAUMA.

I am able to guide you in restoring a relationship with yourSelf, one that may not have ever been strong in the first place, because I understand your challenges.

I understand what it feels like to be angry at the world and hold an undefinable anger and discernment toward everything and everyone. To practice hypervigilance as a form of protection that kept me from realizing my infinite potential.

Toxic relationships, work challenges, lack of boundaries, zero confidence, distrust, fear, disappointment, anger, regret, shame...

I've experienced immense challenges in every single area listed above, and then some. Disconnected from who I truly was as a young child, the disguised lessons were unrelenting and seemed to keep compounding....until I started looking within. I learned to have compassion for myself by understanding that I didn't need permission to love mySelf. Experiencing how nourishing it is to listen to and honor mySelf changed my life!

My healing journey began when I had my son in 2011 - I immediately recognized that I was never a mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy child, so decided to look within and figure out how I could become the mom he deserved.

I read countless books, earned a degree in psychology and became certified as a Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC) through the Psychospiritual Institute, but it wasn't until I intentionally stepped away and quietly contemplated all that learning that I was able to see life for what it is.
